Contact Wanda Nayduk

The first conversation is free, and there is no need to have the words ready first.

You can reach Wanda Nayduk, Registered Occupational Therapist and psychotherapist, by phone, by email, or through the form on this page. Wanda replies personally.

How to reach Wanda

When you first get in touch, a few lines is plenty — your name, how you would like to be reached, and a general sense of what you are looking for. Email and web forms are not fully secure, so the details can wait for your first conversation.

First consultation is free

What happens next

Wanda will get back to you to arrange your free first consultation. It is a conversation, not an intake interview — a chance to say some of it out loud and to see whether working together feels like the right fit. There is no obligation to continue.

If you do decide to go ahead, sessions can be in person at the Barrie office or by secure video or telephone. Current rates are on the fees page.

If you need help right now

Wanda is not able to respond to emergencies. If you or someone you know is in immediate danger, call 911 or go to your nearest emergency department. For urgent mental health support at any hour, call or text 9-8-8, Canada’s Suicide Crisis Helpline.

Serving Barrie and Simcoe County

The office is in Barrie and is used by clients from across Simcoe County, including Orillia, Midland, Innisfil, Angus, Bradford, Bracebridge and Gravenhurst. Secure virtual sessions are available across Canada.
