The cost of each 50 minute counselling session is: $160.00 per individual.
(HST) is not applicable.
My services are not covered by OHIP. However, some extended health benefit plans do provide insurance coverage.
Fees are payable at the time of service in the form of cash or e-transfer.
An invoice is provided for submission to your insurer for reimbursement. For a submission to a private insurance company you must use ‘Occupational Therapist’ designation)
